Clearly Understanding Our Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we maintain a strict refund policy.
1. No Refund Situations
We do NOT provide refunds in the following cases:
Customer changes mind
Incorrect address provided by customer
Delay caused by courier
Customer unavailable to receive delivery
Product opened or consumed
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund is only applicable if:
Wrong item was sent due to our error
Customer reports within 24 hours of delivery
Proof (photos/videos) is provided
After verification, refund will be processed to the same bank account used for payment within 2–5 business days.
