Within Saudi Arabia (SMSA: 2–5 working days)
Internationally (SPL / Aramex: 6–16 working days)
Delivery time may vary depending on customs and destination country.
2. Shipping Fees
Free delivery in selected areas of Madinah.
Other Saudi regions: shipping cost calculated at checkout.
International shipping: calculated based on destination.
3. Returns
We do NOT accept returns due to:
- Hygiene reasons
- Food safety regulations
- Perishable nature of dates
Return is only considered if there is a verified mistake from our side and reported within 24 hours.
