2. Order Process
Our order process works as follows:
Customer places order through website.
Customer is redirected to WhatsApp.
We provide official company bank account details.
Customer transfers full payment.
After payment confirmation, order is processed and shipped.
We do not accept online payment gateways or Cash on Delivery at this time.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
3. Pricing
All prices are in SAR unless otherwise stated.
VAT is included as per Saudi regulations.
International customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes in their country.
4. Product Nature
We sell premium Saudi dates (food products).
Dates are natural agricultural products; slight variation in size, texture, color, or sweetness is normal and does not qualify as a defect.
5. No Cancellation Policy
Once payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
6. Wrong Item or Company Error
If a customer receives a wrong item caused by our mistake:
Customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear proof (photos/videos) must be provided.
After verification, we will issue a product refund only.
Complaints after 24 hours will not be accepted.
7. Courier Responsibility
Once the shipment is handed over to the courier company:
The courier becomes responsible for delivery condition.
Any physical damage caused during transportation must be claimed directly with the courier company.
We are not liable for courier mishandling, delays, or damages during transit.
8. Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Incorrect pricing or technical errors
Suspicious payment proof
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
Abuse or misuse of our services
If an order is cancelled after payment due to the above reasons, a full refund will be issued to the original bank account.
